Improve your vehicle’s performance and luck this spring

We’re in the luckiest month of the year—a time of four leaf clovers, leprechauns, and pots of gold. But just because you may be feeling lucky, it doesn’t mean you should leave the care and maintenance of your vehicle to chance. It takes forethought and responsibility. Luckily, with a little help from Rolf’s Import Auto, there are ways to improve your vehicle’s performance—and yes, luck—this spring and beyond. Take a look!

Get a tune-up.

Just like you shouldn’t go to the doctor only when you’re feeling sick, you shouldn’t bring you vehicle in for repair only when it’s on the fritz. Regular tune-ups and maintenance help you avoid those repair visits by checking every nut and bolt to make sure your vehicle is running at peak performance. Schedule a tune-up here!

Upgrade your tires and keep them inflated.

Is your import spinning its wheels on old, deflated, or low-tread tires? Put an end to that now! Not only will new tires look super sleek, they’ll help your vehicle improve its fuel efficiency, traction, safety, and overall performance. If your tires are still in good shape, check the tire pressure and make sure they’re inflated. This is especially crucial as road conditions will get even slicker in our rainy PNW spring!

Fix those brakes!

You know the sounds: the screeching, grinding, squealing, thumping, or scraping sounds that grate on your ears and alert you to an issue. It may seem like you can procrastinate on your brake repairs, but we strongly advise against this. Sure, your vehicle may still stop (for now), but you may be doing irreparable damage to brakes that could otherwise be repaired if done as soon as you notice the issue.

Don’t neglect oil changes.

It’s no secret that oil changes are important. This is just a reminder not to put them off. Check your vehicle’s manual for the recommended frequency for oil changes. Bonus tip: opt for the highest quality oil your budget will allow for to maximize oil change benefits.

Have a safe and lucky spring from Rolf’s Import Auto!
