Mark Simons

Owner

As son of the original founder (the Rolf himself), Mark Simons has been a part of the company as long as he can remember. Providing direction and vision, he leads the business in its mission to provide premier import services and repairs. He has been happily married for 20 years to his beautiful wife Sara. Together they have one daughter. Besides work and family, Mark’s true love is the Seahawks.

Tommy Crow

Branch Manager | ASE Certified Service Advisor

With 27 years of experience in the automotive industry, Tommy Crow is a seasoned Branch Manager and ASE Certified Service Advisor, known for his extensive expertise in customer service and automotive repair. Over the years, Tommy has developed a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading teams with a focus on excellence.

His hands-on experience in automotive services, combined with his deep understanding of customer needs, allows him to provide expert guidance and create lasting relationships with clients. Tommy takes pride in mentoring his team, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed.

Outside of work, Tommy is a proud father of two and enjoys balancing his professional life with family time. He is passionate about both his work and the relationships he builds within his community.

Brandon Eastep

Service Technician

Brandon has had an interest in automotive for as long as he can remember. He began working on cars as soon as he could hold a wrench! When he’s not in the shop, he enjoys reading and educating himself on automotive topics, along with hiking.

Ar'Ren

Service Technician

Ar'Ren, is a proud father of 2 and a future Euro Master Technician. Once a UPS delivering your hopes and dreams, he is now repairing and maintaining your dream cars. As a car enthusiast, working on cars has always been his dream. Graduating from Automotive School in 2023, he is happy to be at Rolf's with our family of staff and clientele.

James

Service Technician

James took his very first car apart at the age of 12. As a Tacoma native, he has been repairing and maintaining local vehicles for over 20 years. ASE certified and holding multiple certifications for 3 different manufacturers, James has worked on everything from EV, trucks, super cars, and rare import vehicles. James enjoys learning everything about the automotive trade. Diagnosing vehicles can be challenging but James gets excited when a difficult one comes in for him. In his free time he climbs, hikes, and works on his own project car.

Peter Lueken

Service Manager

Peter employs his managerial skills and auto experience to oversee the service department. He provides insight and leadership to ensure timely, unsurpassed import auto services. As a husband and father of three, he stays busy supporting his children’s sporting activities and cheering on the UW Huskies—his alma mater.

Mike Pavlas

Shop Foreman

As a Rolf’s Import Auto veteran of over twenty years, Mike operates with an exceptional level of auto expertise, education, and excellence. While his knowledge is vast, he is especially skilled in later Mercedes Benz models—a wonderful complement to the wide range of services offered at Rolf’s Import Auto Service.

Louie Orrino

Service Advisor

With nearly 20 years in the automotive industry, Louie has a deep love for all things automotive. When not at the shop Louie enjoys playing golf, the guitar, and relaxing with friends and family.

Chad Sherman

Service Technician

Chad has been working on cars for over 15 years. After beginning his automotive career at Volvo, he worked at a performance driving school, building rally cars and maintaining the fleet. Outside of work he enjoys drifting his personal race car, crewing for race teams and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Pierce Dawson

Service Technician

Pierce has 8 years of automotive experience, spending most of his time at Acura. He became the youngest Master Technician at his dealership at 30, becoming the go-to for electrical concerns. In his free time, he enjoys tinkering with computers, reading sci-fi and fantasy books, having a craft beer with friends, and hiking.

Damontae Chisley

Service Technician

Damontae is a WSU grad and has been working on cars for 10 years. He has worked for two independent shops as well as Ford and Kia, and has had a passion for cars since he was 7 years old. When he's not in the shop, he enjoys disc golf, glassblowing, traveling, and spending time with his girlfriend and their dogs and friends.

Kassandra Lane

Service Manager

Kassandra excels at providing premier, specialized service to novice and expert customers alike. She loves the outdoors—whether it’s camping, fishing, or traveling, and loves spending time with her children.

Ephraim Reguindin

Service Advisor

Ephraim brings over 13 years of experience as a service technician. Having worked at BMW, Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, and Volvo, he provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise when it comes to the luxury performance vehicles we service at Rolf’s. When not at the shop, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, camping, watching football, and riding his Harley Davidson. 

Bobby

Service Technician

Bobby brings an impeccable work ethic along with a passion that drives him in all he does. He has over 30+ years of experience in the automotive industry along with a wealth of valuable knowledge. He is a devoted family man and husband. In his free time, he enjoys Hockey, Football, eating good food and the company of his large extended family.
