Lance, we’re sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with your vehicle and want to clarify a few things about your visit. Our inspection identified a number of repair and service needs on the vehicle, and you chose to have us address one of those items at that time. The additional concerns and recommendations were left for you to decide how and when you wanted to address them. We also want to clarify your concern about the replaced part. The part removed from your vehicle was retained for you and was available for you to pick up. We stand behind the fact that the authorized repair was performed. We understand that it can be frustrating to continue experiencing problems with a vehicle after having a repair completed, particularly when the vehicle has several other outstanding needs. We would be happy to review the original inspection, the work that was authorized and completed, and the remaining recommendations with you so there is no confusion about what was—and was not—repaired. Our goal is always to provide clear information, perform the work our clients authorize, and allow them to decide how they would like to proceed with the remaining needs of their vehicle.
