Rolf’s Nationwide Warranty Has You Covered For

12 Months / 12,000 Miles or 36 Months / 36,000 Miles

We believe we have the best Technicians and the highest quality parts you can find so we back up all of our work with our 12 Month/12,000 Mile Nationwide Limited Warranty program.

We will extend your warranty to 36 Months / 36,000 Miles if you bring your vehicle in for service and/or inspection at least 2 times per year.

We stand behind our workmanship and materials with our warranty. Please do not hesitate to contact us about any auto repair concerns.

Warranty Details:

• Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles with our Nationwide Limited Warranty; or 36 months /36,000 miles if you bring your vehicle in to Rolf’s Import Auto Service twice per year for service and inspection.* The time and distance, whichever comes first, begins immediately following the performance of the original service/repair operation.
• Warranty repairs must be performed at our shop if the vehicle is within a 100 mile radius of our shop. Please call us at Lakewood: 253.584.7770 or Fife: 253.248.1080.
• If the vehicle is more than 100 miles away from our shop, please call us to locate the nearest warranty repair facility.
• Authorization must be obtained prior to any warranty repair work.
• Repairs performed without authorization will not be reimbursed.
• Warranty will be limited to reimbursement up to the amount of the original service or repair.

* Note: Due to manufacturer’s  warranties, some parts may have a warranty that extends beyond 12 months or 12,000 miles or 36 months or 36,000 miles. These warranties do not expire if you do not come in 2 times per year.
